One of the best restaurants in town for fresh
seafood and fine meat. Open every day for lunch and most evenings. Apparently Tony Blair dined here when he was
on holiday in St Martin D'Oyde in 2001. Run by a husband and wife team - bijoux, freshly cooked food with friendly
owners. At lunchtimes, there is a 15 Euro formule menu. Parking is over the road adjacent to Hotel de France.

This restaurant is lovely and one of the best restaurants in town. It has a lovely ambience, friendly staff
and really delicious food. The roquefort and walnut salad is very special. They have formule menus, 18 & 25
euros, plus an A L Carte menu and various special meals which include some sea food. During the summer, it is possible
to eat outside under large sun canopies and there is very easy parking.

Lovely restaurant, professional staff and adventurous menus. Some of the waiters speak English and they
are very helpful in explaining the meals on the menu. Food is sourced from local organic farmers except for the seafood
which is either from the Mediterranean or Atlantic. Fairly pricey but nice for a special lunch or evening meal.
Easy parking next to the hotel.

One of the best restaurants in Pamiers. Really lovely, beautiful decor and furnishings, friendly and efficient
staff and wonderful food. The food is of a very high standard with reasonably priced wine. Try their "frites"
- they are utterly delicious!

decor - well worth a visit.
Crescendo (next door to Carrefour) Upmarket buffet style restaurant
with a lot of choice for everyone. Many salads, meats, pastas, puddings, wines, beers etc. Very reasonably priced

front of this building and a more formal brasserie behind. The brasserie has a nicer ambience and food whereas the cafe

In the the main square in Pamiers, Place de la Republique, there is Cafe de Halle
which serves lunch most days of the week, formule or simple things like omelette and chips, plus several types of salad.
Le Rue Gabrielle Peri has some of the best Vietnamese restaurants in town and various different spice
shops.

Incredibly good value for money. Formule menu at 12 Euros including, buffet starter, sometimes soup, starter,
main meal, pudding, coffee and wine. They have a north and south facing terrace as well as a large restaurant inside.
It doesn't look much from the outside, but it is better inside. It is open everyday, but not Sunday evenings.
Very easy parking.
