| The Stars of the show, "Annabelle Labrador" and "Tanga Cat" |
The Spencer
family, their friendly black Labrador Annabelle and tabby cat Tanga at St Victor du Fau offer you
a warm welcome at their luxury and large Ariegeoise farmhouse. St Victor du Fau,
a typical Ariegeoise farmhouse built circa 1800’s has been charmingly restored
by its present owners. Deceptively modest in size from the front of the property, on entering the front door, the rooms are
large and bright. The house has been modernised and brought into the 21st century whilst retaining its charm and
many original features. Set in a gentle valley amongst the rolling hills on 50 acres of open farmland and about 12 acres
of woods on a "Reserve Nationale" (national park), at the end of a half-mile drive, only 8kms from an important
and medieval town Pamiers. The roads around the property were used
as part of the major cycling race "Le Tour de France" in the summer of 2006. The locality is a conservation area and
is outstandingly beautiful. It is an ideal holiday location for guests seeking peace and calm, in a rural
location, yet minutes from very good local amenities.
The self
catering Farmhouse Gite accommodates up to 5 people from May until October in 2 ensuite
bedrooms. The self catering Studio Apartment "L'Ecurie" accommodates up to 2 people in
September, October, November, March, April & May on short-term
lets. Longer lets are possible up to 6 months between September & May.
There are
2 Bed & Breakfast rooms which accommodate up to 5 people throughout the year,
except 23rd, 24th & 26th and 31st December.
Pets
are also welcome to stay in either the B&B (double room) or in "L'Ecurie" (self-catering 1bedroom studio
apartment) by prior arrangement.
Have our local mobile hairdresser
sort out your hair or have a hour's body massage without having to leave St Victor
du Fau.
Horse-riding can
be arranged with the local equestrian centre across the valley. Individuals or groups can be taken out on hacks around
the local area.
Pamiers is large town with a number of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops and is an hour’s

43 degrees 34' 37.8 East 1 degree 34' 14.8). BA,
Easyjet, Flybe, Air France and Jet2 all fly into Toulouse from the UK. Ryanair
